Howzit Tim! Latin package locked in... good for UBB, TZA

I prefer TZA... pulled back in recent weeks after doubling to the 9+ range, then up into the 11-12 range... Currently at 9 1/8 ... No. 2 TV network in Mexico, increased revenues by 33% while cutting costs... I might jump in soon.
