What would the benefit of a buyout be to shareholders?

If some company were to purchase FNTN, I wonder what price per share they would pay. If it was double today's price that would be about 1.5 bucks per share. I think FNTN has a lot more potential than that. I think once FNTN reports any kind of earnings the stock will take a terrific jump. In other words I would be unhappy if the co. was purchased at even $2 per share. Of course I'm ignorant to how a deal like this would go through, any ideas?
