If the rumours about the 250 MB drive are true and it is selling for $199 this should be an incredible boost to gross margins for IOM as I believe the difference in manufacturing cost is minimal if one assumes that this is a result in aerial density increase only to achieve this capacity. Combine this with the elimination of a competitor and we should see a big swing in earnings going forward.
