Now that's what I call a DOG STOCK..LOL also note they have over 10mm worth of convertible debt,, shorted 10k shares @ 8 1/4,, would go for more but................you never know what kind of SPIN the media might put on this TRASH Class A common stock, no par value; 25,000,000 shares authorized; one vote per share; 9,537,827 and 9,391,627 shares issued and outstanding at June 30, 1998 and December 31, 1997,
