Hi, Larry, FYI, I agree with you, although I buy everything Paul just said. I did not hear an incorrect premise go by. Indeed, it was not that sort of question, where such a flaw in a technically involved argument could be legitimate basis for dismissing the substance of the question. It was a general question asking Lev to respond in some way to the contractual importance of the approaching date of 1/27. It was an opportunity for Lev to address issues thought important by many investors in any way he wanted, with whatever nuances and spins he thought appropriate. He should have been prepared for this question. He should have been up on the basic provisions of the agreement. Instead he looked (sounded) silly. It was not his finest moment. Regards, lws
