Zeev: "material" is left pretty vague, isn't it? I've read all the SEC filings associated with the financing and have yet to see any further definition of "material." I saw major red flags go up during this week's CC. VLNC's CEO would not comment on whether their one production line is capable of producing samples for OEM testing. So far, test batteries provided to OEM's have been made by hand. Also, he acted as if a variable conversion option does not exist when questioned about the likelihood of a material contract by 1/27. That was enough to convince me to get out while the gettin was good.
