q1 1999 In Perspective:q1 fiscal 1998

source: prnewswire.com

...q1 fy '99 to be reported after market close on Monday, 16 November 1998...it would appear highly logical for CBS.MW to IPO next week, however, it has been reported that securities law dictates a sixty (60) day quiet period from the S-1 filing...that would put the IPO into December?...can anyone confirm this SEC statute...and what earliest date CBS.MW can IPO?...option players' window is clearly Monday assuming q1 is being reported...if IPO cannot happen untilDecember and q1 numbers are a yawn...expect this baby to go through one? more sine wave...i.e. approach the $4 level? before returning to $7-8 pursuant to the actual CBS.MW IPO...if earnings are a positive surprise [and] CBS.MW is next week...who knows where this could go...
