I do not understand the "in's" and "out's" of the police mentality. They may have not wanted to tell me the truth. There may be a difference with state and federal warrants. This is all beyond me. I was under the impression it was a federal warrant,.... so I called the FBI. I am under the impression that any policeman can access the NCIC computers and look things up. However I believe that "on paper" they are not allowed (or supposed to) to reveal what they find. This is of course, not reality. The right people can find out anything they want. I do not have those connections.
