THQI will have the WWF license for the next 10 years. This will assure that THQI continues to bring in revenue and earnings well into the future on their wrestling games.

What do you guys think the earnings will be for the WWF wrestling games once they take over where the WCW games leave off? $.20 per share? $.40 per share? $.60 per share? $.80 per share? Other?

Will the earnings be similar to what we've seen with WCW? WWF actually seems to have better ratings than WCW. Will this matter?

Dave

Sigmund,

GAPS are very important!!!! GAPS indicate an overbought or oversold position for that particular trading point (whether it be during a trading day or over a longer period of time). GAPS are one of the easiest trading techniques for any level of investor to use because of the ease to find them. There are some camps that feel differently about GAPS, but in my 16 years of investing, almost all GAPS are filled (With the exception of a few from several years ago from Microsoft and Intel).

A fifty cent GAP is a good size GAP. If it were only a 1/16 or 1/8 I would say we might get away with it, but 1/2 is to big.

The fact that we touched those points on the way up or way down has nothing to do with the GAP that happened today. This is a new GAP that happened from yesterdays close to todays open. From a pull back standpoint, just keep 23 3/4 in mind. I fully expect this GAP to be filled, but when is anyones guess. I had hoped that it would have been filled today, but that wasn't the case.

This has nothing to do with my outlook on THQI. IMHO I feel we will see $39 within the next year. BF mentioned $1.90 EPS for FY 99 and a growth rate of over 20% so I think a 20 PE is certainly reasonable and attainable...JMHO.

One of the most memorable occasions I can remember concerning a Gap up was back in the fall of 1996 when Intel gapped up, NEVER looked back, and proceeded to have one of it's most spectacular runs ever.

Gaps do not need to be filled, I agree with you Sigmund.
