ExperTelligence (EXGP) is on the move. Up 31% on the bid today to 3 1/8. EXGP is developing unique Web-based software for portals which could draw demand from portal cos. ie: YHOO, LCOS, XCIT, SEEK, CNWK, GNET, etc. Only 1.5 million shares outstanding for a market cap below $5 million. Book value exceeds $1 and the co. was profitable through 9 months ended June 30, 1998. After seeing another Santa Barbara, Internet-related small cap stock soar yesterday (AVCO), a major announcement similar to EXGP's deal with Saatchi & Saatchi in August could draw a lot of attention.
