Larry, I agree. My question was poorly worded. I can't understand why the difference in wording. Seems like they are looking for a partner or partners for I-Prex also. In the case of Mycoprex perhaps the partner puts up most of the development money and XOMA retains a royalty but for I-Prex the partners put up something to help develop and XOMA provides them a license for any product developed. I really don't know, and I hope the difference in wording is not due to editing the release in such a way to avoid using the same phrase twice. Guess I will never know what was really meant until they define what is meant by the word, IS.

Must be some real benefits or I doubt so many nations that fought so hard to get rid of the Brits would want to maintain the relationship.
