I can't believe you people that have been all over this stock back in April - July, are not back on the bandwagon here. I'm getting most of my information from Yahoo chat site, but let me briefly bring you up to date with what is going on.

1. Back in April, rumors were running rampant that HHHH was going sign a deal with AOL to become the exclusive supplier of vitamins.....
That, coupled with the whole internet hysteria, put this stock through the roof ($6 to $13)!!!!!!

2. It was then confirmed that some of the smartest money on Wall Street - White Rock Capitol (George Soros) took a stake in the company. I believe 600,000 shares.

3. Rumors were denied by PR lady @ 4Health and the stock to a bath.

4. 4Health merged with Irwin Naturals and a guy by the name of Jon Diamond was added to the board of directors. Jon Diamond is vice - chairman, co-founder and largest shareholder of N2K, Inc which recently announced a merger with CDNow.

5. Insiders step in and buy stock cheap. I believe around the $3 level.

6. About 3 weeks ago, there were rumors that the biggest news announcement in the company's history was going to be announced. It was! Lou Mancini, president of GNC Corp resigned and became the new president and COO of Irwin Naturals/ 4Health, inc. Not bad for a relatively small vitamin company. Prior to the news, the stock doubled on huge volume about a week before the news hit the tape.

7. HHHH reports the best quarter in the company's history.

8. Friday, the stock trades up $1.5 ($2 at one point) to close at $6 on 731,000 shares which we haven't seen since April. There are talks (Yahoo Message board) from people that have called big news in the past, that are saying over next several days we could be hearing some sort of internet deal. Back in april, on rumors, the srock traded to $13!! What will happen if the rumors are true, and in this market, with all the internet stocks going the roof and a deal is announced - this thing could skyrocket, especially having such a small float.

What does everyone think?
