I would say that the money will come from present shareholders.
This is what I think is going to happen.Restructuring will include
a consolidation of shares apparently to boost the share price high enough for a listing on Nasdaq which i believe is $3.00US-$4.50CDN
At current prices that would be 1 for 10.So if you are a current shareholder and you are holding 10,000 old shares then that would
entitle you to 1000 new shares at the new price.Of course Datawave
would then give themselves some options for new shares.They would be sitting pretty ...with all kinds of cash....much less shares outstanding and start the cycle all over again.
