U.S has vested interest in low oil prices not high ones. Don't think the conspiracy to up oil price theroy washes.

If (and that's a big IF) we hit Saddam, it will be on the 18th.
That's the day Ken Starr testifies. The Iraq event will take Starr out of the news.

Also, sand storms hitting satellites and FOMC meeting will be out of the way <G>
