Well .... Syntel's for real ....and managements always seemed very astute in many ways. I bought some VXTK today on the strength of the agreement. These stocks are out of favour - but there's time for that to change imho. At least we can expect some revenues in the coming qtrs (GG).

I visited Veronex headquarters for a demo of their products.

Will post my evaluation in a few days after I have time to think about what I saw, and contemplate what it all means.
