Andrew, the points you brought up should be addressed as best they can with a call to the company. I think the JV partner will proceed with this deal as an Epic employee is well known for his work with storage opportunities in coal bed methane fields and AEC is interested in that opportunity.

The land must still be in Washington and to go forward the first thing that should be completed is an air survey, then seismic, then drilling so any price movement might still be months away.
