*AV*--I am clueless on CYMI, but when it dropped to 7-3/4, I could stand it no more and jumped aboard for the duration.

*AV*--ASYT had OEM'd in a great deal of its integrated indexers in a almost every major equipment supplier. Even though is a small part of their business, it still hurts when equipment sales are down. I think ASYT has been able to hold its own and that its minienvironment and equipment retrofit business may pick up in 1999, when new budgets are in place and available to spend against.

I would rather not formally comment on BRKS since I am getting more intrigued with this company as time marches on. I was not a skeptic nor proponent of BRKS in the past but attitudes can change along with market conditions. BRKS is looking to be a very nice takeover candidate from my perspective. And it might not be ASYT as the only bidder either.

Two months and I am just beside myself with joy and laughter. BTW-being beside myself is a big chore.<GGG>
