A statement from the management team from Boston Medical regarding Boston Nutriceuticals will be released in the next few weeks pending final approval of the marketing plan. I was only asking the names of the "brand name" products. Are you saying that even though they are brand name that they are not currently being sold and that they are a part of some as yet undisclosed marketing plan? Re: "Maybe you could craft a better explanation of this passage in that press release . . . 'VERTA VAC is a uniquely newly developed Bio-Formulation consisting of a synergistic blend of selected activity resulting in a breakdown of tissues, oil, blood, and organic matter in dental evacuation systems'": Press Releases prior to Nov. 11, 1998 were made by Fragrance Express, not Boston Medical or Liberty Capital. Are you saying that the Verta Line of dental office disinfectants was a product of Fragrence Express? Really and truly? Not National Boston Medical, the distributor of dental office instruments? If it is their product though you would think they could actually explain it. . . . why not help build shareholder value . . . Even at the expense of doing violence to the truth and overlooking some very serious issues? That's your job to cheer lead. You're the one getting $3/4 million to promote this stock. I'm just here for the story, unburdened by financial involvement.

Hey Liberty Capital...Get off your high horse!!!! If you guys are worth a grain of salt, you'll stop being so condescending and answer some questions being bandied about! Why is the publicizing of one's identity so important to responding to questions??? I don't post my real identity, yet was an investor until the reverse split (so vehemently denied, yet happened all the same). I've been in "penny stocks" on several occasions, and most of the time got burned, not through lack of DD as much as outright false claims by the company! Being non-reporting is like a Visa with no limit...a free for all. So, Liberty Capital, talk the talk and walk the walk...be honest and upfront, no smoke screens or spin. Don't dance around the questions...many people around here actually have some business savvy. And accusing people who are negative (read that cautious?) due to false or misleading statements in the past is an amateurish response. You're professionals, right??? Well act like it!!

LC: As I mentioned on this board a couple days ago I have been watching and researching this pick the past few days. In all Honesty one of major concerns with this company is the fact that LIBERTY is associated with the company. After the recent exposure of Liberty's role in DGIV.....as reported in the case of the 44 cases the SEC is looking into......HAd it not been for Liberty being brought on as PR I would have more than likely pulled the trigger and bought in the past 2 days....for now the jury is out and your recent comments on this board add little comfort knowing you are involved,

My goodness, no answers yet. Did you guys knock off early and go out and start spending your $3/4M buying drinks already? Do you mean to say that: No one knows the names of those products? No one has any idea of the FDA citations in regard to the Verta Line of disinfectants? No one has any idea what the current relationship is of all the companies that were Growth International/Fragrence Express? Where Exclusive Cruises (XCLU) fits in? Where Delta Vacation Properties, Suxess Travel and SeaBridge Shipping fall in the corporate tree? With so little grasp on just what this company is comprised of and just what the marketing plan is, I am beginning to see a bright future ahead of excuses and slipped financial filings, of non-substantive press releases and several skeins of distractive personal attacks. So our apparent general surgeon/nutricuetical authority, Dr. Douglas G. Christopher, the announced Medical Director of National Boston Medical, is he by any chance this disclosed, yet undisclosed, major shareholder that just increased his position? I guess to be fair we should add this question to the list then: Is this the correct Dr. Douglas G. Christopher (of Bessemer, Alabama) mentioned in the earlier release and is he the shareholder that just increased his stake either by investment or stock grant for services rendered?

Or did the company's $3/4 million commitment to you for promoting them contract your promotional efforts to just a couple of days a week?
