I just re-read the press release that started all this, and I don't see anything misleading in it. Looks to me like it's just gross misinterpretation. Am I missing something?

This event shows how corrupt NASDAQ is. AVCO goes up 10 times and they halted the trading and demand an explanation. TGLO goes up 10 times. Did they halt it and demand an explanation ? Or how about EBAY ? The biggest scam in the current market. People in those underwriters can say whatever they want. And NASDAQ hasn't said a sh t. Let alone halting those companies' trading. And obviously AVCO was not pushed by a big guy.

if you dump money into something without doing the DD, you deserve what you get. True. True. True. Truer than true. All these people left holding stock and screaming for somebody to blame have only one thing to do -- go look in the mirror. Egad, has the whole investing community gone nuts? Irrational exhuberance doesn't BEGIN to define it. Has nobody ever heard of the Tulipmania????? Don't investors study mob psychology anymore? Cripes, on other threads yesterday they were talking about this thing going to 80! Delusional.
