Price falling, I don't think there are alot of sophisticated investors that think LU is going to try and gobble up COMS, even though it may be the best stategic fit, it would be a nightmare to integrate such a large acquisition. I think Fore Systems fits the bill imo, but I am no network engineer. I am getting ready to cover but will watch it continue to slip. MM got everyone in at $35 they could so now it is time to take it back to lower end of range. Looks like a close at the low is coming
