What is it with the management at Dogpaq? Psycological block, or what? They know what it takes to play the direct game - its not like this is new - and they refuse to embrace it! Why bother then?

They had this same problem with their Sap implementation. It took them far too long to recover from an ill-fated implementation.

Lots of companies have problems but somehow Compaq seems unable to recover from their mistakes, thats what I dont get, and letting Dell run over them with the direct model was indeed a mistake. sheesh.
