I think that we are wasting a lot of energy talking about who's right and who's wrong. I still say there's a lot we don't know and maybe we should put our efforts into finding out.

Examples'

1) in the RS report they stated awre will have 30% of this market. What market are they talking about? The entire DSL market of the "lite"market. I think this makes a big difference. Because if it's 30% of the lite market then I think we are all operating under a misconception.

2) What is the status of these damn patents? I hate to keep bringing this up.

3)What are the royalties aware will be receiving.

4) Does anyone have any idea how the original agreements were structured. Does the upfront fee some of these companies paid include any of the royalties, i.e. do we have to wait for a certain volume of units sold before the royalties kick in?

I am sure there are other questions too but I really do think we need to figure out how to get some answers. Has anyone called the company?

Im very happy this stock has moved up but I'm having a hard time figuring out if I should sell it or hold it.

Has anyone read an article in Information World in which the inventor of the ethernet (I forgot his name) discusses why this technology will fail? I haven't seen it but I heard about it on another thread.
