Harold,
I spoke with the company about the selling and was told that it was for personal expenses (house downpayment, children's college education, etc) and, while understandably a potential "red flag" for investors, that it does not reflect a loss in confidence in continued strong earnings growth. I was also informed that officers had not sold in over a year and that the selling represents only a fraction of their holdings, perhaps 5-6%.
