100k of those sales was a gift to charity. Look at how much he sold (250k shares) and how much he continues to hold. He voted with his feet. Sorry, it is just one data point, but it is quite real. He sold several thousand shares and holds only a few hundred now, but what would he know? <g>

So what? It's irrelevant to the charge, that Moore is selling his shares, which implies that he thinks they are overvalued. However nice a guy he is, how is that responsive to the charge?
