To the longs,
Is there any way to know the short ratio for the little stocks?

Richard or Zeev,

What logic would be involved in shorting a .25 to .30 cent stock which is near it's all time low? I could understand shorting IPM or Naxos when they were over $10. Are these shorters hoping that GPGI goes to zero before they cover or are they trading shorters, ie. hoping to make a few cents per share if it drops to .15 or .20?
