As a short, are you entitled to class action settlement from USAD?

I've always thought the class action stuff was for longs who got burn on whatever. Let me know. If you are right, there may be a few class actions I'm entitled to.

Class action on USAD!?!

ROFLMAO...I suppose if one bought/covered during the class action period, one might be able to get recompense. How does one go about getting info. I shorted it for a small gain, (got antsy; it won't happen again with me & ALTIF though ;-) but if I was able to get even $5 from a class action it would be worth telling the story.
