With contracts in hand, especially from larger, notable corporations, they will have no problem securing additional financing. At that point they need the $$$ to produce, NOT for R&D.

It's a similar path my company took. Once we had contracts, $$$ from the banks was easy.

Things are MORE than cool...if you didn't buy today...oh well.

If the company manages to obtain a contract by 1/27 - and I'm betting they will - then it would not seem unreasonable to be able to couple that contract with some sort of bank or customer financing for working capital to meet the terms of the contract, Carl Berg notwithstanding.
