Yep, and we all signed it. I remember specifically, though I don't believe that legally they can escape liability for direct losses due to their own negligence, no matter how they disclaim it. However, they probably can escape liability for loss due to unavailability of the service due to negligence. In any case, the real world dictates that only competition will solve these problems. I should be outta here (like I promised a couple of weeks ago -- my apologies to the thread for remaining, temporarily, I hope).
