I read the text of the suit coming from DeVallerie ( Boston )...
It mentioned many of the points that have been debated on the Shiva threads.
If Intel likes Shiva enough to Acquire the company....Then Shiva should thank them by getting a FAIR PRICE FOR THE SHAREHOLDERS.
NOT JUST A PRICE THAT GIVES MANAGEMENT A NEW FLOOR FOR THEIR NEW RE-RICED OPTIONS.
Isn't that what my Brother Teddy H. is trying to say ?
I'm just saying it a little LOUDER, Teddy.

Mark, If the "vultures" go away who will run this company?

Oh, It's good to hear from all of the Pro 6 buck people who have been asked to step up on the thread and COMMENT.
BIG ZERO !!!!!!!
