Kevin, Thanks a million for following up. At least now we have a concrete figure to work with. However that does raise a flag. Outstanding shares have increased 11 million + since May of 98. Question would be why? I also agree with you that it appears that Patrick does not have a very good handle on the share count. Is that selective memory loss or just the fact that he has been busy running the company. With the authorization to issue 100 million, how much more dilution will we have? Only time will tell. I also agree with William Stewart. I hope there is more substance to this "baby" than a potential lawsuit settlement that may take years to be concluded. At any rate, thanks again Kevin. Regards, HG
