Well they said that this was offered to "active traders". If you made between over 30 trades between June 1 - September 30, they offered the "Power E*Trade Gold" which included some screens for tracking your day trading portfolio, and over 75 trades was "Power E*Trade Platinum" which included the Pulse system with free Level II quotes etc. Also included was real-time account info updates, and a priority toll-free customer support number. However, when I tried to launch it today they said that it would take a couple of days to activate for my account, so I haven't been able to use it yet.

I read on "Tokyo Joe's Cafe / Societe Anonyme/No Pennies" thread, some people are totally unhappy with Ameritrade and are planning to switch to E*Trade. One good sign I guess...
