Richard: I seriously doubt if Elaine G. is interested in Heartsoft. Small cap to her does not extend to BB stocks. Her fund would not be able to invest in such a stock, as it is below the minimum price, probably about $3.00 (well below!). Lee

Rick - Can you pass on to Patsy in my office any info about contacting the Strategist Garzarelli - we have an agressive "heads up" program where we are beginning to educate approximately 250-300 education/microcap analysts about Heartsoft - These relationships take time, but each day we delay, is one more day later that they may (even if its only 1 of 20 analysts) provide a potential referal or relationship between the two company's we have about 125 people in this list as of today, but a simple call by Jay Shrewder followed up by a package is our stage one approach.
