Yea, that's my whole point jbe. I defined justice and I defined a system that reverences justice as one that includes the achievable and the measurable.

My premise is that there must be something that the entire system is tied to: Moral Philosophy, Principles, Jurisprudence, an Ideal, Superordinate Philosophy... I can keep going. If there is a tie in by the components of the system, fine. As long as we want to focus only on how many cops there are in my neighborhood and if they are PC, then I give up. It is unfixable.
