[more] alleged Rule 10b-5 [causation, reliance,...] violations re: NewKidCo? ...SWEBFs proclaimed holy grail business unit succumbing [itself] to further alleged consistent patterns of alleged criminal gross negligence, misrepresentation, Rule 10b-5 violations?...print advertising blitz was to commence in August/September...then when cornered by esecurities CFO advised print advertising was now going to be 'focused' to December/Holiday issues of Parents, Child and Working Mother, et al....ref/ E3 NewKidCo marketing materials (Rule 10b-5, causation, reliance...)...the December issues of Parents and Child 'appear' not to have any NewKidCo advertising...Working Mother (Dec) was not available as of this writing....layer upon layer upon layer of [alleged] misrepresentation...negligence...non-performance...cloaked and parsed in Rabins' 'quarterlies' rhetoric....Q3 numbers release [conspicuously] failed to mention Alpha's recent failures: Express Fax, Simply Paperless, ...instead [ludicrously] blamed q4 losses squarely upon SoftQuad Inc... >> "We believe that our future business lies heavily >> with NewKidCo which we expect will begin generating >>revenues and driving our business from the 4th quarter >>onwards. ...Rabins seems to be changing his tune regarding NewKidCo also...used to be they were 'still standing behind $9(e) mill q4 NewKidCo revenues with strong contribution to earnings'...in addition to having [pulled] December print advertising [as represented]?...this managment team since being acquired by SoftQuad International Inc has simply gone from walking the walk to talking the talk to talking the lie?....first Kurzweil and the next thing we know nothing is real...wag the dog...dustin hoffman could play selwyn rabins...
