Dennis,

Thanks you for the update. Much appreciated. I'm starting to get this sinking feeling that the buyback, if it happens at all in 1998, will be minimal due to time constraints. This is really unfortunate especially if the Christmas quarter is good and the stock climbs. It would be a shame if CREAF has to buy back shares at a much higher price (thus removing less float). The whole idea is to get the stock when it is ridiculously undervalued. If fundamentals ever take hold, they may never have a chance to get it this low again. Then on the other hand, if the market continues to ignore this stock and its fundamentals...they might get it cheaper before Q2 earnings are announced in January.

Good luck,

FF
