Mr. Liu, Tippet observed that Moore had divested himself of almost all of his individually held shares of Intel stock. There appeared to be some confusion as to whether that was, in fact, the case. I pointed out to Tippet that, while Moore controls a significant number of shares, they don't belong to him, he controls them indirectly, through, I assume, the Moore Family Foundation, which does engage in charitable acts. The money from the disposition of the foundation's shares don't go to Moore, who, as you point out, doesn't need the money. It is, however, of interest when insiders, even family foundations, dispose of large blocks of shares.
