Chuzz, if an answer is required about my income for signing up anywhere, which is quite impertinent in itself, I routinely put in either the highest or the lowest available. Of course I'm somewhere in the middle. In the ML case, I'd just put in the highest - they cannot verify anyway, but if anything it will keep them interested :-)
