Hey, just because a mining company has shoot itself in the foot freebooting capitalist pig blindness doesn't mean it won't be highly successful. However look at Geddes and Royal Oak. If you do sneer at the communist government of the day too openly they will make your fave mining location into a park. 375 million tons of 1.4 % copper and other metals and the B.C. NDP whispered that the Windy Craggy was a non economic scam. Then they made it into a park, then they gave it to the Indians! In Ontario the Lands for Life idiots have actually said to mining companies that they "could move their mining location to some other less sensitive area". Ore reserves and all. Beam me up Scotty.
