ask bob bell why 127 cases of ton are sent to sweet factory distribution center today. Were these cases solicited or unsolicited by Sweet Factory? In other words, did Sweet Factory actually request delivery of ToN via a purchase order or check made payable to AZNT or RETN? - Jeff

But he says that deal fell through, and says it was an "oversight" that Amazon Natural never put out another release informing investors that the deal wasn't going to happen. ” heh heh. So, will Gary perjure himself and stick with his BS story? Will he admit that he lied about AZNT's orders? Will he blame it on Mikey Slyver somehow—perhaps saying that Slyver paid him to lie, or otherwise told him to lie? Should be a very fun case!
