Bob,
I think that congress needs to pass new laws to hold boards fully responsible and liable for screwing the stockholders.Until CEOs don't get punished nothing is ever going to change.They need to go to prison and the rest of the bunch would fall in line.Some one need to make an example of these crooked parasites.
