<<The Staff of the Central Regional Office of the SEC has notified Registrant that it is considering recommending to the Commission the amendment of its current action against registrant to include violations [including Section 10(b)(5)] which may have resulted from the May 22, 1998 press release.>>

While they were considering there may have been hope that no new charges would be laid.

Well now they have given the brilliant lawyer TT time to submit a Wells Submission to state why they should not expand the charges. In the summer, yes Eric I agree July is summer Golden Eagle was not a party to the action (as I remember it certainly stand to be corrected) they now are or soon will be a party to the action.

It just does not do them any good having this hang over their heads the SEC should not be taunted as Ron Knittle has but then Ron Knittle's not the brightest bulb on the Christmas tree.

This company has too much crap to go through in the next 6 months and it is not mining related.

It is all related to Ron Knittle playing Mr Bigshot in the last 36 months and Terry Turner's total lack of concern for shareholders.
