I completely agree with you about MSFT's price. Even with the DOJ issues, I am often tempted - but sitting on my hands FOR NOW. Anyway.

If DELL grows to 20% of the PC market in the next 4 years while the market is itself expanding at 17% yearly rate, then DELL's annualized growth comes to approx 43% (DELL has 9% market share now). More of this will come earlier, I believe, so I am optimistic of a 50% growth next year. With the mix of products shifting towards the high end (I personally believe that NT servers will be rather popular in small and mid-size companies and the storage business of course is exploding) aided by stock buybacks, 60%+ earnings growth rate seems doable. So, what is wrong with this picture?
