vander kelen stock paperwork filed with broker.

Let me explain something to you, Spidey: your 144 stock, should you happen to have any, can be held by your broker in any case. No problem. The company you buy it from can even wire it. Give 'em your brokerage's DTC account number, your account number, and Bob's your uncle. You file a Form 144 ONLY when restrictions have expired, and normally you do so because you intend to sell the stock immediately.

you wish to know muy relationship with vander kelen? why? you think you already know.

I thought I'd made that quite clear. I wish to know why you first said that VK had bought Sweet Factory; and subsequently said he was a major shareholder. Bob Bell appears not to be privy to this information. It seems also that VK is not quite what he appears to be, and that he has ties to Creative Capital: any comments? You're the one who claims to know him, after all.

lolololol <wink wink>!!

Spider, you beat these bashers hands down! They only do justice to AZNT! Anybody that would read their post's, and believe's that their extenuating information has value, might want to check in at the reality center! It must Kill them to realize, that when they consistently lie "ON LINE", the public knows it's time to buy stock in this company, "THE SHORTS ARE DESPERATE". Watch what happen's monday, once again the price goes UP! Yes, certain ex-brokers have turned State Evidence in DTC matter. I and many, have never witnessed a more Desperate attempt from SHORTERS to pay their dues. It is a risk to operate in short position. When you lose, you MUST PAY! Internet bashing from certain individuals, will not create a Pandemonium of a sell off, in order for ILLEGAL SHORTS too cover! All shareholder's, at this point realize the Spawn of AZNT.
