That's great news for 'The Rugrat Movie,' which opens in theaters next Friday. The Thanksgiving special, which beat all broadcast and cable competition among kids age 2 to 11 at 8 pm, will be repeated Monday at 8 pm." Miscellaneous good stuff from the 10q: Top 5 revenue producers: NWO - $7,318,000 (28% of sales); i estimate about 250,000 units Quest - $3,202,000 (12% of sales); i estimate about 88,000 units WCW vs World - $3,184,000 (12% of sales); I WAS SHOCKED BY THIS. If the new w/s price is 15 bucks (to support 19.99 retail), thats about 230,000 units shipped. WOW. WCW Nitro - $2,855,000 (11% of sales); i estimate about 100,000 units Bowling Psx - $1,853,000 (7% of sales); i estimate about 80,000 units know whats wierd? shipped more bowling than devil dice and g darius. thats really surprising. lots of g darius and d.d. must be in 4q? good to see nitro still bringing in dollars. todd thought enough was out at retail at end of 2q that we wouldnt see any shipped this quarter. glad to see it still has legs. Reserves ======== looks like thq reserved only 8.4% of gross sales this quarter - lower than the past several months. they resereved 2,384,000 and spent somewhere near $2,789,000 in reserves. net effect was to drop reserve balances form 12.4 to 12.0 million. ======= I have just quickly reworked my 4q estimate based on the good revenge news. my low estimate is .70. best guess is .85 on 92 million in net revenues. be curious to hear what todds estimate is now that we know 900,000 revenge have already shipped and more will ship before qtr end.
