Yes, the gold is there. GE has the rights to it currently.

But, has it been proven up satisfactorily for a major to come in? I do not think so.

Can it be extracted at the current POG? It does not sound like it from several knowledgeable sources.

Are we all full of shit and GE is going to prove up the motherlode and attract a major thereby making us all wealthy? Maybe.

Why wouldn't GE invite in a partner at this point?

Because no major is interested in a placer deposit in Bolivia, say the word placer and its to the hills.
