You are probably right, however what if it is XYZ that shorts as in my last post? Wouldn't Carl benefit, even if Valence doesn't sell a thing. Someone owes him a lot of shares that do not exist! Or at least he owns enough shares that he can decide what XYZ must pay to cover their short's!

And what about make a profit while sell for lost because of Irish payments?
