DND: These have been my thoughts exactly since I read earlier today about TM possibly having to move this thread. I'm a lurker,I'm trying to learn something too. Heck, I live on Kentucky Lake. We just got CNBC on our cable this week. We're many years behind times out here. The only way I can learn is from threads, and especially from TM's thread.

I'm glad you made your post, so thoughtfully and clearly stated about us "newbies." Thanks for saying it better than I could.

<<<I understand the reasoning for this opinion after what
happened with several stocks here this week, but it seems unfortunate to take such steps. >>>

What happened? Can you elaborate?

"Reading books about trading is fine but the real world is where you learn by doing."

The trouble with experience is that it gives the exam first, and the lesson after. You're going to have do a heck of a lot of reading, here and elsewhere, to be able to form your own conclusions. Give yourself more credit. You will be able to see which ones are pump and dumpers. One way I do it is to check their recent posts and see if they are hyping on many threads. After doing some DD on posters, you will see the warning flags just fine.

Good luck with your trading.
