Per foot note of the financials

7) The preceding financial information is presented for informational purposes only and not for the comparison of prior period results. The company's present business, the marketing of Y2K software and consulting services, has only been the company's main focus since May of 1998 when South American rights to MBCK were acquired. North American and Canadian rights were acquired in June of 1998. Worldwide rights were not acquired until September of this year. Prior period comparisons would not be applicable in this situation.

The revenues are based on sales that they have just started marketing

Revenues for calendar year 1997 from sales were $132,534 from previous business interests

Revenues for the first eight months of 1998 weren't very good due to the change of the company's focus as noted above....

Revenues from sales for these eight months of 1998 were a paltry $8,495

Revenue projections for the remainder of the year seem to be based on the ability to sell approximately 100,000 units for a gross profit of 1.8 million dollars from sales.

Is this reasonable? (Purportedly they already have sales agreement to distribute over 50,000 units, have you been able to either verify or rebuke this?). Is the product any good? Are people buying it? Are the company's marketing efforts working?
Are people going to buy any of these y2k products just to be on the safe side?

Have you tested the product? Has there been any reviews written for any PC magazine on the effectiveness of any of these products for desktops?

Seems like there are a lot more questions to be asked and answered before reaching any conclusions either for or against this company's strategy.

Do you have the full report?
