I bought many a loser stock in my past, and as such I've participated in a few class actions. The rules are (if I recall), "evidence" of a trading loss "on the buy side" during the class period. Evidence would be copies of trade confirmations.

FWIW, the lawyers get the large cut of any distribution. You'd be lucky to get $0.75 per stub. Good luck.
