With all due respect:

For a measily 4% dilution you have ensured:

- Employees highly motivated to stick around till June
- A couple million more in the bank

A lot of tech companies freeze your buy in price at 85% of the lowest closing price in the past 2 years (2 of the last 3 companies I worked for - SGI and CEN) If Ancor allowed their employees to do this they would get their shares near $1. Heck at $1.85 we are getting a veritable bargain ;-)

Chill out and look at the big picture. The employees are not at fault for our plight in general but they are the key to our future success.
